Basic Terms of Service
Payment expected upfront (unless discussed to do 50/50)
Payment via PayPal or Kofi only
Do not send payment until I send an invoice or I tell you too (depending on method of pay)
Commissioner can re-upload the image with proper credit given to myself in a form of a tag on twitter or discord. As well as a link to my art twitter page if uploaded on other platforms. (if unsure what platforms I have please ask)
Artwork cannot be used commercially, or claimed as your own. Unless discussed before hand.
Refunds given based on how much has been done. Read below for clarification

In Depth Terms of Service
SECTION I. IMAGE COPYRIGHT
I, the artist retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use. Unless if the client has paid for commercial rights.
All commissioned artwork is for non-commercial purpose only. Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services or social media pages is prohibited. If the client has discussed the rights for commercial use this does not apply to the client.
If the client has chosen to have commercial rights to the artwork. The client has explicit permission to use my artwork with proper credit for merch. Commercial rights are determined by taking the total cost of the commission dividing it by 2 and then by 100 to determine the percentage of the commercial rights and then added to the total cost of the commission.
Conditions for reposting
The client has my permission to repost the artwork wherever they would like, as long as proper credit is given (A tag or a link to my art twitter) and my watermark/signature remains intact and unaltered.
Prohibited Actions
Altering my artwork in any way without asking for permission before hand except for cropping/resizing the image for an icon or other use.
Use my artwork as reference for your own, whether tracing or re-purposing parts of the image.
Claiming the artwork as your own.
Claiming a Dispute on a commission after the commission is completed
If these terms are broken, you will be privately blacklisted from commissioning me.
SECTION II. PAYMENT INFORMATION
I accept payment in CAD. All payments will be taken via PayPal or Kofi
The client is responsible for paying upfront or doing 50/50 if discussed. After the sketch is shown or a quote is given, you will have 24hrs to pay. Non-payment within 24hrs will result in the commission being cancelled. Progress up to this point, if any, will be repurposed as a YCH. (Subjected to change in certain situations)
The client is responsible to inform me when the payment has been sent. Sometimes a payment will not go through, and I will not know about it. If the Client fails to tell me that they sent the payment within 24hrs and I know that I haven’t received it then the 24hr payment term will apply to the client.
Refund Policy
If the commission is cancelled (by me or the client) before work has started, then the client will receive a full refund. If they paid after receiving a quote.
If the client cancels the commission during progress, the amount refunded will be on a case-by-case basis and up to the artists discretion

~ Line art: 50%
~ Line and Flat Colour: 0%
No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.
The client reserves the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason and without explaining.
If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it at any state, a full refund will be given.
SECTION III. CONTRACT AND COMMUNICATION
Discussion of commissions can be conducted via Twitter and on discord at anna_firesprite
Visual Reference Guidelines
Clients must provide at least one clear and concise visual reference; please supplement the visual reference with any important information I may need to know to correctly draw the character.
SECTION IV. WILL/WON’T DRAW
Below is a general guideline for what I will and will not draw. Please keep my art style in mine when commissioning; I will not try to match another artists or company art style (example: Disney style, Pokémon)

SECTION V. WORKFLOW PROCESS
Estimated date of completion depends on the complexity of the commission. If there will be delays I will notify my client.
Completion of most commissions are generally estimated to take 1 – 2 week. (subjected to change)
Work in Progress (WIPS). I will send the client Wips pictures through discord or twitter. Once the sketch or stage has been approved, I will then continue the commission
Revisions and edits. Any sketch’s that need revisions should be done during the sketch phase. Such as pose change, body shape, or redrawing the image
After the sketch has been approved, or no major edits or changes will be made. If the client requests additional edits after the approved sketch, a price for the edits will be discussed.
If I, the artist, makes any errors in the character design, accessories, or any other visual elements, specified in the provided visual references, I will make these edits at no additional cost.
If the client does not want me to stream the process in my discord or on Twitch, or post the finished product on social media before the client posts the artwork themselves please let me the artist know.
